Allow
What if you allowed yourself?
What if you just did it
The thing you shouldn’t do
Instead of the internal battle
You surrender
I heard a story of a horse that walked backwards
The owner would kick in his heels
Frustrated and off balance
But it only made the horse ride faster
Backwards and backwards
So a horse whisperer was called in
Who approached calmly and kindly
And gently straddled in
The horse set off at speed
Backwards and backwards
But the whisperer didn’t mind
He didn’t resist
He just looked over his shoulder
And went with him
And after a little while
The horse slowed down
Paused
And started riding fowards
Faster and faster
What if you went where you shouldn’t go
And through non-resistance
End up where you wanted to
